What do we do? Help people gain clarity on what they do, especially regarding their power plant projects and career arcs. The goal is to provide engineers and students with tools, skills and processes to help them advance.
How do we build renewable energy capacity?
Young and old technical staff alike want to help drive the world’s shift towards more economical, resilient and cleaner forms of energy. We help develop this capacity, with a particular focus on geothermal projects.
These capacity additions can be technical: by helping owners accelerate development of new projects, or assessing upgrade potential at existing units.
For a longer lasting and wider impact, we support human capacity building. This involves training and connecting new entrants to organizations that fit their talents and aspirations. It includes honing the skills and providing new tools for technical staff currently developing or operating projects.
Helping young engineers and students define and execute their current projects in a way they can effectively build on for future efforts spans both aspects of capacity building. This is accelerating the clean energy transition.

Geothermal plant operators at existing units, like pack rats, may be sitting on unrealized value they may not fully recognize how to harness. How can we help them unlock that potential?

Your projects have technical, economic and social barriers. And solutions. Your team wants to find a viable path through this maze without excluding reasonable options. To support you responsibly, we are technology and solution agnostic.
While certain settings may call for specific tools, and we are familiar with many, we are not an equipment manufacturer, nor a service provider intent on driving a particular commercial solution. Yes, you will need such qualified partners on your project in time as it evolves. Yet at critical decision gates it can be useful to have an objective advisor with a wider perspective.
